TL;DR
Business Analyst (Camunda): Managing financial instrument workflows and process automation with an accent on stakeholder communication, requirements refinement, and system integration. What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define financial management processes and workflows.
- Refine epics and user stories in partnership with the Product Owner and development team.
- Write and maintain documentation in Confluence and present new features to stakeholders.
- Define data mappings between systems and support SIT/UAT testing phases.
- Analyze functional bugs in production and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the product roadmap and maintain the Sprint backlog.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level required).
- Must be based in Spain and able to work in the CET/CEST time zone.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and management processes.
- Proven experience working in Agile teams using Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Camunda 8 or other BPMN process orchestrators.
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, and JSON/XML data analysis.
- Experience in defining Acceptance Criteria.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
- Spanish language proficiency.
