What you will do

• Lead business analytics initiatives to identify growth levers and optimize revenue.
• Develop growth and revenue forecasting models using scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor company performance and visibility.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and narratives for the Leadership Team.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to automate reporting and prototype ideas.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Finance, and Product teams to unify strategic insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in SaaS business analytics focusing on core SaaS metrics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• English: C1 (Excellent) required for written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts such as distributions, variance, and significance.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives like pricing changes or market expansion.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for hybrid work.
