What you will do

• Lead the diagnosis of software and systems issues during the development phase of automotive vehicle platforms.
• Plan and coordinate software delivery from multiple ECUs to enable vehicle features and systems.
• Identify root causes and assist in the resolution of complex systems and software issues within the vehicle.
• Perform level 1 triage on issue tickets, ensuring high data accuracy and determining urgency levels.
• Collaborate with various business teams to ensure issues are correctly understood and prioritized.
• Maintain key testing assets and facilitate regular issue review meetings with clear ownership.

Requirements

• Proof of immediate and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.
• Strong knowledge of issue and defect management processes and tools.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques and problem-solving methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software integration principles and dependencies.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models and structured project governance (PMO).
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
