What you will do
- Lead a team of engineers in designing and supporting in-vehicle networking devices.
- Manage the day-to-day performance and development of junior team members.
- Define block requirements and architecture, optimizing for area, power, and timing.
- Implement design intent using SystemVerilog or Chisel.
- Coordinate with verification and validation teams to ensure compliance with automotive design processes.
- Create robust design documentation to communicate design intent effectively.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Proven track record of multiple successful tape-outs covering the complete chip design lifecycle.
- Experience as a chip lead, architect, or subsystem lead in digital design.
- Expertise in silicon design, including synthesis, static timing closure, and DFT.
- Fluency in SystemVerilog or VHDL and an object-oriented software language.
- Hands-on experience in debug and silicon bringup.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Ethernet networking and automotive design processes.
- Experience with embedded ARM or RISC-V processors.
- Proficiency in Chisel.
