What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers in designing and supporting in-vehicle networking devices.
• Manage the day-to-day performance and development of junior team members.
• Define block requirements and architecture, optimizing for area, power, and timing.
• Implement design intent using SystemVerilog or Chisel.
• Coordinate with verification and validation teams to ensure compliance with automotive design processes.
• Create robust design documentation to communicate design intent effectively.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Proven track record of multiple successful tape-outs covering the complete chip design lifecycle.
• Experience as a chip lead, architect, or subsystem lead in digital design.
• Expertise in silicon design, including synthesis, static timing closure, and DFT.
• Fluency in SystemVerilog or VHDL and an object-oriented software language.
• Hands-on experience in debug and silicon bringup.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Ethernet networking and automotive design processes.
• Experience with embedded ARM or RISC-V processors.
• Proficiency in Chisel.
