What you will do

• Translate industrial and supply chain business challenges into structured functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for BI & Analytics solutions.
• Define data models, business objects, and KPIs using dimensional modeling (star schema) in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Support UAT and validation processes to ensure all business requirements are accurately met.
• Manage data governance, business rules, and documentation to drive BI and data best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Mandatory experience in Industrial, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency with modern analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and BI semantic models.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and a professional level of English.
• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona starting from the beginning of September.
