What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across the Secret Media Network.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks to translate them into scalable processes across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Automate manual processes by leveraging AI tools and collaborating with Tech and Data teams.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks to ensure consistency in execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align operations with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency, output, and quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in STEM (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media operations.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in working with data and defining performance KPIs.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid for a hybrid work setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency.
