What you will do

• Lead process discovery sessions and map current and future-state workflows using BPMN.
• Analyze process mining data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
• Embed governance, compliance, and ITGC controls into process designs.
• Support testing and UAT activities, including validation and post-release hypercare.
• Track and report on process performance improvements, including cycle-time reduction and cost savings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• 5-8+ years of experience in process improvement or business process management within complex global environments.
• Strong expertise in process modeling using BPMN and hands-on experience with process mining.
• Solid understanding of governance frameworks, SoD, ITGC controls, and UAT methodologies.
• Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and process automation technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Nice to have

• Certification or knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, or Prosci/ADKAR.
• Experience with SQL.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Power Automate, or UiPath.
