What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows to drive efficiency across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate them into scalable, standardized processes.
• Automate manual tasks by leveraging AI tools and collaborating with Tech and Data teams.
• Create and maintain operational playbooks to ensure consistency in execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and drive data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Ability to work with data and define performance KPIs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.

• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency.
