What you will do

• Install, configure, and maintain BT network and communication services at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across voice, data, and networking solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction, keeping clients informed of progress.
• Ensure all customer sites are left safe, secure, and operational following visits.
• Represent the company professionally while managing site-specific technical requirements.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications, networking, or field engineering.
• Knowledge of IP networking, Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking technologies.
• Experience with fibre, copper, and structured cabling.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Security clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain clearance.
