What you will do

• Provide senior technical leadership for mission-critical Radio and Cellular infrastructure to ensure high service availability.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical incidents as the senior escalation point.
• Plan and oversee preventative maintenance programs for radio, RF over Fibre, and cellular systems.
• Perform advanced fault diagnosis across RF, Fibre, and IP environments.
• Manage technical relationships with equipment manufacturers and specialist engineering partners.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to support professional development.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Heathrow Airport security clearance.
• Significant experience supporting mission-critical radio or cellular infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of PMR, DMR, and TETRA technologies.
• Experience with RF over Fibre Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and RF engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Motorola, Teltronic, Hytera, or Frequentis platforms.
• Knowledge of private LTE/5G infrastructure.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience using RF test equipment like spectrum and antenna analyzers.
