What you will do

• Own and lead end-to-end network services, ensuring availability, capacity, and performance targets are met.
• Manage third-party vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and value for money.
• Drive operational excellence through ITIL-based service management, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Support the definition of the network technology roadmap, balancing stability, innovation, and business requirements.
• Partner with IT business stakeholders to ensure network capabilities evolve in line with business needs.
• Develop FinOps disciplines to ensure effective cost management and budget control across the network estate.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise network services within a large, complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, operations, and service management best practices.
• Proven experience managing network vendors and outsourced service providers in a 100% outsourced model.
• Deep understanding of ITIL disciplines including incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Demonstrated success in transforming outsourced network functions to deliver operational excellence.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budget management, cost control, and FinOps principles.
