What you will do

• Maintain and update candidate, client, and job records within the Bullhorn system.
• Conduct regular data audits and database clean-up to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide general administrative support to Client Service Managers and Business Development teams across APAC.
• Manage digital records, operational documents, and support pipeline reporting for the BD team.
• Monitor customer engagement data and track lead management activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline administrative processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and a proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Location: Must be based in Kuala Lumpur
