What you will do

• Own and drive the strategic direction of NAIC reporting solutions and related regulatory capabilities.
• Act as the principal subject matter expert for US Statutory Accounting, Schedule D reporting, and investment classifications.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product features.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including Heads of Accounting and Controllers.
• Lead strategic client workshops and support business development and executive-level presentations.
• Mentor and develop consultants and solution specialists while establishing best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive experience in the insurance, investment management, or regulatory reporting industry.
• Deep expertise in NAIC Reporting, US Statutory Accounting, and insurance investment accounting.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of data structures, databases, and SQL.
