Salary: $185,760 – $401,160

What you will do

• Grow a targeted portfolio of insurance accounts, converting existing base traction into sizable revenue relationships.
• Identify and pursue net-new opportunities using a hunter-farmer mindset, prioritizing clients with immediate AI transformation needs.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic technology decisions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive financial outcomes through signings, revenue targets, and backlog growth while ensuring sustained profitability.
• Develop thought leadership and an organizational brand within the Life Insurance market.

Requirements

• Proven track record of expanding accounts from a small base into significant revenue relationships.
• Deep expertise in the Life Insurance and Annuities sector, including policy administration systems (PAS).
• Ability to engage at the CXO level with credibility and gravitas to advise on business strategy and tech transformation.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI use cases for underwriting, actuarial insights, and customer lifecycle management.
• Must be based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Massachusetts.
• Experience in both account expansion and new logo development.
