What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and feasibility scoping for active deals alongside the BDM team.
• Manage end-to-end customer implementations, defining feature sets and integration architecture.
• Ensure the B2B2C motion is commercially successful by optimizing consumer experiences.
• Act as a forward-deployed product lead to resolve technical blockers with internal and external teams.
• Manage a portfolio of high-stakes projects using AI tools to maintain alignment.
• Develop internal playbooks, templates, and frameworks to scale the partner engineering function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or professional services at a high-growth B2B/SaaS company.
• Proven track record managing the full customer lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to post-sales delivery.
• Deep understanding of B2B2C business models and consumer adoption metrics.
• Technical fluency in API architecture, webhooks, and integration design.
• Strong communication skills capable of aligning C-suite stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Experience operating in early-stage, high-growth environments with high levels of ambiguity.
