What you will do

• Lead technical sales calls, including product deep-dives and architectural whiteboarding.
• Translate complex customer requirements into hirify.global's modular stack capabilities.
• Own technical discovery, demos, and proofs-of-concept to move deals toward closure.
• Manage technical objections and lead responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Integrations Engineering to scope implementations and surface roadmap feedback.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Integrations Engineer.
• Genuine technical depth with experience reading API documentation and reasoning about system architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and evaluations resulting in closed business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto, payments, or fintech.
