What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight of production shifts to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage a cross-functional team of technicians to drive efficiency.
• Ensure all production output meets rigorous quality standards.
• Perform high-level troubleshooting to maintain manufacturing uptime.
• Foster and maintain a culture of safety and strict adherence to protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production supervisory role.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Availability to work the specified shift: Thursday-Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 6pm-6am.
