Senior Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead site production supervisors and operators while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and warehouse leadership.
• Build a best-in-class culture focused on safety, continuous improvement, housekeeping, 5S, and operational discipline.
• Develop and execute the Chagrin Falls site vision and organizational strategy in alignment with corporate priorities.
• Establish management systems and standards for site performance, product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Control operating expenses by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering continuous improvement projects.
• Build effective relationships with commercial, marketing, supply chain, HR, finance, R&D, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive operations and operations management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing significant change in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in organizational development, team building, coaching, communication, and collaboration.
• Strong analytical interpretation, advanced problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with TQM, DMAIC, Fault Tree Analysis, FMEAs, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
