What you will do

• Lead and manage site production supervisors and operators, collaborating with site engineers and warehouse managers.
• Drive a "Best-in-class" culture focusing on safety, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures and regulations.
• Implement site vision and organizational strategy aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
• Control costs through close management of operational expenses and continuous improvement projects (5S).
• Build strong working relationships with commercial, marketing, supply chain, HR, Finance, and R&D partners.

Requirements

• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations and operations management.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational development within manufacturing.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to prioritize and close defined goals.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP database management systems.
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Experience with TQM, DMAIC, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Value Stream mapping.
