Salary: $230,000 – $305,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the technical direction and architecture strategy for a product pillar serving millions of creators.
• Manage and coach a group of Engineering Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with product, design, and data science leadership to define and execute multi-team roadmaps.
• Navigate the full development lifecycle from ideation to launch, managing organizational tradeoffs.
• Champion engineering craft, including code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability.
• Represent the pillar in leadership discussions to align execution with broader company strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing software engineering teams in a direct-to-consumer product organization.
• Proven track record of managing other engineering managers and shipping impactful products at scale.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to guide architectural decisions and review code.
• Experience setting multi-team roadmaps and translating ambiguous problems into clear plans.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience at a consumer tech or creator-platform company.
• Background in both large organizations and high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered product development.
• Knowledge of modern web, native mobile, or real-time systems.
