What you will do

• Lead strategy, execution, and daily operations for a key engineering domain.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers.
• Partner with Product, Research, and SRE teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Strengthen engineering fundamentals including observability, incident response, and CI/CD.
• Drive technical design and architectural decisions while maintaining hands-on credibility.
• Use data and metrics to identify systemic issues and improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Direct responsibility for team leadership and delivery outcomes.
• Strong hands-on experience with distributed systems in AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.
• Proven ability to lead execution and improve engineering processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud prevention, authentication, or voice biometrics.
• Prior hands-on experience as an individual contributor in software or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
