What you will do

• Build a centralized, automated intake system for Corporate services using AI to handle common queries and routing.
• Redesign painful, manual processes end-to-end to make them faster, scalable, and self-serve.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure compliance without sacrificing speed.
• Set and measure clear goals to quantify the impact of automation on the Corporate team and the wider organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code, and AI tools.
• Ability to quickly master complex, regulated domains such as legal, privacy, and security.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Legal eligibility to work from France.
• Strong project ownership from initial user research through to adoption and improvement.
