What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of feature success, retention drivers, and long-term engagement patterns to inform the product roadmap.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to bring a data lens to ideation and concept evaluation.
• Design and structure statistically rigorous A/B tests, including sample size calculations and causal inference methods.
• Create analytics frameworks and event taxonomies to maintain high data quality across the platform.
• Enable PM self-service through documentation, tooling, and AI-powered analysis to scale impact.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Deep familiarity with A/B testing, experiment design, and cohort analysis using tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Fluency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate business questions into structured analytical hypotheses.
• Must be based in France or eligible to relocate to France.
