What you will do

• Act as the CEO’s right hand, supporting the Digital Assets unit as a generalist.
• Monitor the competitive landscape on DLT and security tokens in traditional and decentralized finance.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for internal updates and external stakeholder meetings.
• Track key workstreams and deadlines across product, legal, and commercial topics.
• Proactively follow up on open items with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Conduct ad hoc projects, market research, and competitor scans.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris.
• Two to four years of experience in consulting, banking, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong interest in financial markets and digital assets.
• English fluency required.
• Degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
