What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder teams to resolve improvement requests and operational bugs.
• Proactively identify and drive process improvements across flow management, automation, and data quality.
• Manage the internal tooling stack including HubSpot, N8N, Front, and Aircall to unlock operational efficiency.
• Co-build the operations roadmap with stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
• Map and structure business processes within the company's Notion knowledge base.
• Ensure day-to-day execution of team processes remains reliable and scalable.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business/Revenue Ops, or consulting.
• Native French proficiency and fluent English (C1+) for international collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, data-backed frameworks.
• Hands-on experience or strong willingness to learn tools like HubSpot, Notion, Linear, and N8N.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
