What you will do

• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and product metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, ARPDAU, LTV) across the entire portfolio.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor, including power analysis and multiple comparison correction.
• Develop and productionize predictive models for LTV, churn, player segmentation, and anomaly detection.
• Build AI agents for automated soft launch analysis and natural-language interfaces to data using MCP and LLM+SQL.
• Maintain company dashboards in Looker and contribute to the evolution of the data stack (modeling, quality, orchestration).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, specifically within mobile gaming or F2P apps.
• Expert SQL skills (window functions, query optimization) and production-grade Python (pandas, scikit-learn).
• Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and causal inference.
• Proven track record of using data analysis to drive concrete product decisions and impact.
• Experience building AI systems in production such as RAG, text-to-SQL, or LLM pipelines.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the Paris office.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML models running in production at scale with monitoring.
• Detailed knowledge of F2P economy (ad waterfalls, mediation, IAP, pricing).
• Applied causal inference experience (uplift modeling, synthetic control).
• Experience building MCP servers or internal automation tools.
