CRM Marketing Lead (Software)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 CRM Marketing Specialists.
• Drive revenue through email, pop-ups, in-app, and desktop push notifications.
• Develop and execute the overall CRM growth strategy and audit messaging channels.
• Prioritize and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Automate routine workflows and integrate new CRM tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Brand Marketing, and Affiliate teams to integrate cross-functional ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
• Proven track record in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and building automated workflows.
• Leadership experience managing a team of CRM marketers.
• Hands-on experience with CDP platforms such as Mindbox or Maestra.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other BI/analytics tools.
• Experience with Jira, Basecamp, and flowcharting tools.
