What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 CRM Marketing Specialists.
- Drive revenue through email, pop-ups, in-app, and desktop push notifications.
- Develop and execute the overall CRM growth strategy and audit messaging channels.
- Prioritize and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Automate routine workflows and integrate new CRM tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand Marketing, and Affiliate teams to integrate cross-functional ideas.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing.
- Proven track record in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and building automated workflows.
- Leadership experience managing a team of CRM marketers.
- Hands-on experience with CDP platforms such as Mindbox or Maestra.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other BI/analytics tools.
- Experience with Jira, Basecamp, and flowcharting tools.
