What you will do

• Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with Saudi local laws and regulations.
• Oversee complex seaport operations and clear freight through land border customs.
• Apply Incoterms 2020 rules to minimize corporate risk and optimize shipping costs.
• Navigate a matrix organization to align logistics with sales, procurement, and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate tracking dashboards to provide shipment visibility to regional stakeholders.
• Travel up to 20% across the Middle East to audit vendors and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics and international trade.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Expert knowledge of Saudi Customs systems (Fasah platform, ZATCA).
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record working within an international or matrix corporate structure.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently within the ME region.
