What you will do

• Define and execute the leadership development strategy and architecture across various leader levels.
• Design and facilitate high-quality learning experiences using adult learning principles and the ADDIE model.
• Build leader-focused learning paths via platforms like LinkedIn Learning and other enterprise tools.
• Measure program effectiveness through behavior-change indicators and business-relevant insights.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to strengthen leadership onboarding.
• Evaluate build vs. buy options for leadership content and vendor resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Development, or Instructional Design.
• Proven expertise in the ADDIE model and adult learning principles.
• Strong facilitation skills with a track record of delivering corporate learning experiences.
• Experience leading people, formally or informally.
• Proficiency with LMS and AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).

Nice to have

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Degree in HR, OD, Education, or Business.
• Certifications in coaching or leadership development.
• Experience with assessment tools like DiSC, Hogan, or Birkman.
• Background in financial services or insurance.
