What you will do

• Own the overall strategy for leadership effectiveness, defining how leaders grow through innovative experiences and AI-enabled tools.
• Design and scale leadership solutions, including milestone experiences, simulations, and manager enablement for performance development.
• Develop AI-enabled leadership copilots and personalized manager support to assist leaders in the flow of work.
• Build a leadership ecosystem by leveraging enterprise coaching, external partners, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with senior leadership to align development goals with company priorities and business strategy.
• Translate corporate leadership expectations and culture into practical behaviors and scalable experiences.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in leadership effectiveness, talent development, or organizational development.
• Experience working within a high-growth technology company or a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of designing enterprise leadership development experiences from new managers to senior leadership.
• Strong ability to translate emerging trends and AI into practical, scalable leadership experiences.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Expertise in designing engaging learning experiences and strong facilitation skills.
