What you will do

• Lead the deployment and execution of the regional learning strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Partner with business leaders and P&C teams to identify capability gaps and create effective performance solutions.
• Drive the rollout of strategic programs in leadership, sales excellence, digital capability, and AI skills.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including logistics, communications, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Coordinate development activities for graduates and apprentices in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Promote digital learning adoption and maintain data integrity within Workday Learning and other platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, including facilitation and program management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience delivering leadership, sales, or early careers development programs.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Passion for digital learning technologies and the application of AI to enhance workforce performance.
