What you will do

• Identify external trends and emerging leadership topics to derive executive development requirements aligned with business strategy.
• Design and implement end-to-end leadership programs, learning journeys, and organizational development concepts.
• Manage strategic qualification projects from conceptualization through implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure high-quality program design and delivery.
• Design and facilitate workshops and development interventions for executive target groups.
• Monitor and report on performance indicators to measure the business impact of L&D initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in leadership development, organizational development, and executive education.
• Proven experience in designing and managing executive development programs and learning interventions.
• Ability to translate business priorities into strategic development solutions.
• Strong project management skills in complex, cross-functional, and matrix environments.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in Warsaw, Poland
