SAP S/4 Tech Change Senior Manager (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise change and transformation programs for SAP S/4 and digital transformation initiatives.
• Own end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery, including impact assessment, operating model design, and training strategy.
• Align business process transformation with organizational design and workforce capabilities to drive adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams through cutover, go-live, and stabilization phases.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to sales pursuits.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on transformation governance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale organizational change and digital transformation programs.
• Proven leadership in delivering SAP S/4HANA or enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders (C-suite) and driving alignment across complex organizations.
• Strong AI literacy and experience implementing change strategies for AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in organizational design, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or certifications (Prosci, SAP, PMP, Agile) preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, SAP Enable Now, or Whatfix.
