Senior TPM - Enterprise Systems

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid work with at least three office days per week. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Salary: $156,000–$187,000 base salary annually for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, plus potential bonus, sales incentive, and RSUs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-quarter Enterprise Systems programs spanning multiple teams and workstreams.
• Partner with Finance, Billing, People, Legal, and Engineering teams to define solutions, scope, success measures, and delivery plans.
• Manage roadmaps, sequencing, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder expectations, and senior-level communications.
• Plan requirements, functional specifications, build oversight, UAT, cutover, and hypercare around month-end, quarter-end, payroll, planning, and performance cycles.
• Lead enablement, communications, and training to drive adoption after go-live.
• Improve planning, governance, and delivery practices across the Enterprise Systems team.

Requirements

• 6+ years managing technical programs and projects end-to-end, including personally led enterprise system implementations through go-live and stabilization.
• Strong program management skills covering planning, sequencing, resourcing, dependency management, risk and issue management, and status reporting.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining scope, timeline, and quality.
• Direct experience with Finance and People systems, specifically NetSuite and Workday, and knowledge of procure-to-pay, record-to-report, hire-to-retire, and quote-to-cash billing processes.
• Understanding of enterprise system architecture, integrations, data flows, and SaaS applications supporting Finance, People, and Legal teams.
• Ability to define requirements and produce functional specifications that support engineering delivery and UAT.

Nice to have

• Hands-on NetSuite or Workday administration or configuration experience.
• Experience with Zip, Stripe, Snowflake, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience with monthly close, FP&A, accounting operations, audited environments, or recognized delivery methodologies.
• Experience delivering programs in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
