What you will do

• Provide accurate solutions and quotations for Licensing products across all current vendor brands.
• Identify and execute opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Ensure 100% technical accuracy and timely delivery of all customer quotes.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to manage expectations.
• Respond to phone and email queries efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have
