Quote Desk Representative (Licensing)

What you will do

• Advise customers and provide solutions and quotations for licensing products across current vendor brands.
• Prepare quotes with 100% technical accuracy and deliver them on time.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and support sales closure.
• Liaise with internal and external customers.
• Respond to phone and email queries while meeting customer expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Exceptional customer service, organisational, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sales focus with the ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and close sales.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Networking, server/storage, or licensing certifications are advantageous.
• SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
