Location: Hamilton, New Zealand. Travel to customer sites may take up to 50% of the working time, primarily within driving distance. Work visas and relocation are not sponsored.

What you will do
- Build and develop customer relationships across the Thermal and Flow service portfolio.
- Price, quote, and sell heat exchanger parts, including plates and gaskets, as well as on-site testing and service solutions.
- Grow the Valve and Pump market, with a focus on Alfa Laval valves and pumps.
- Support the development and delivery of Valve and Pump Service Level Agreements.
- Identify market opportunities and execute the Market Growth Roadmap with the Services Sales Team.
- Create account strategies, negotiate deals, and grow profitable service contracts.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of thermal systems, pumps, and valves.
- Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships.
- Customer-focused, self-driven, and able to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Collaborative approach to working across sales and service teams.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites for up to 50% of the working time.
