Location: Onsite in Singapore (5 days a week). No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market and adoption strategies for Cat AI Assistant across the APD region.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases in partnership with dealers and customers.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, onboarding, enablement, and change management programs.
• Gather field insights and adoption metrics to influence future product enhancements.
• Develop scalable playbooks and success stories to support regional deployment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AI Assistant capabilities within the Cat Digital Ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.

• Proven experience in customer-centric solution design and value-selling principles.
• Hands-on AI capability to design, configure, and experiment with AI agents and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear business applications.
• Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
