What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, solution design, and roadmap for financial markets and the financial platform.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to build scalable features for web and mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial, legal, and finance teams to navigate regulatory complexity and operational constraints.
• Manage critical tradeoffs between long-term product vision and near-term growth objectives.
• Drive the expansion of financial markets into new verticals and validate new product propositions from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of e-trading, eFX, and trading technology.
• Ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions using data and first-principle insights.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience balancing user requirements with commercial growth strategies.
