Lead Product Manager (Deliveries): Owning and scaling consumer delivery products across Southeast Asian markets with an accent on product strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional execution. What you will do
- Own a strategic Deliveries product domain from roadmap definition through execution and measurable business impact.
- Lead consumer product initiatives across discovery, ordering, and post-order engagement.
- Design and run experiments, define metrics, interpret results, and use findings to guide product decisions.
- Translate feedback from markets, merchants, consumers, and support teams into a prioritized backlog.
- Create precise PRDs and prototypes, align engineering and design, and ensure products are well-instrumented and resilient.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience in a high-growth consumer technology business.
- Ability to run AI-native product workflows and loops.
- Strong experimentation discipline, including A/B tests that influenced product direction.
- Experience shipping products across multiple Southeast Asian markets and addressing diverse consumer needs.
- Proven independent, end-to-end ownership of a product domain and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior business and product stakeholders with evidence-based narratives.
Nice to have
- Experience with on-demand platforms or consumer marketplace products.
- Experience launching products in new markets or building greenfield products.
- Exposure to platform or horizontal product management, including shared infrastructure, APIs, or cross-product systems.
