Location: Hybrid in Singapore (2 days remote per week)

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for Sales and Client Portals, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
• Define high-quality PRDs and functional specifications based on research into retail trading clients and internal team needs.
• Drive data-led growth using A/B testing and monitoring metrics like conversion funnels, retention, and LTV.
• Identify and implement AI/ML opportunities for intelligent notifications and customer-service automation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years as a Senior PM or product-line lead.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (excellent written and verbal skills).
• Strong data-analysis skills, including SQL and experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering mobile apps (Flutter, React Native) and web products.
• Product or integration experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI or machine-learning products.
