Product Director (Fintech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid arrangement with 2 days of remote work per week

What you will do

• Own product roadmaps for the Sales Portal and Client Portal across APAC.
• Analyse data flows and integrations across portals, CRM, middleware, and data platforms to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Research the needs of retail trading clients and internal teams, and create PRDs and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, reviews, releases, and end-to-end delivery with Design, Engineering, QA, and Data teams.
• Define product metrics, analyse conversion, retention, lifetime value, and user behaviour, and lead A/B testing.
• Identify and validate AI and machine-learning opportunities, including intelligent notifications, risk-support tools, customer-service automation, and personalised market information.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of product-management experience, including at least 3 years as a Senior Product Manager or product-line lead.
• Experience with Sales Portals, Client Portals, or comparable internal and external portal products is highly preferred.
• Strong product thinking, structured prioritisation, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or similar tools, plus foundational SQL capability.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering iOS, Android, and web products; familiarity with Flutter or React Native.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Practical experience designing and delivering AI or machine-learning products.
