What you will do

• Build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering directly with engineers and customers.
• Engage with customers to discover requirements, present demonstrations, and address technical challenges.
• Develop and improve hirify.global virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
• Become trusted advisors to drive strategic technical strategies for customers.
• Work with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
• Past experience in Product Management or similar roles at or above the Senior Product Manager level.
• Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences, including recent AI developments.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must work on-site in Singapore.

Nice to have

• AI-related experience, especially with product development for AI agents.
• Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
