What you will do

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, outcomes, and prioritizing the backlog by value, risk, and strategic priority.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical design, ensuring money-movement correctness, idempotency, and scalability.
• Manage regulated constraints such as licensing, KYC/CDD, sanctions screening, and data privacy as core product inputs.
• Implement AI and LLM capabilities where they provide genuine value, ensuring results are traceable and reliable.
• Coordinate across Design, Compliance, Operations, and Finance to ship feature-complete products.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end with strong judgment under ambiguity.
• Solid understanding of system design (APIs, datastores, queues, concurrency) and ability to review and challenge design docs.
• Experience in regulated high-consequence domains such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and defining evaluation metrics for ML systems.
• Must be based in Vietnam.
• Strong English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Engineer or highly-technical PM background.
• Experience with zero-to-one product launches.
• Experience in the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.
