What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements, including publishing, platform, services, and merchandising contracts.
• Manage technology and software license agreements and data privacy-related contracts.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal resources.
• Collaborate with the IP team to register, protect, and enforce copyrights, trademarks, and domain names.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and templates.
• Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders across various time zones and cultures.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the United States or a common law jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience handling commercial transactions independently.
• Law degree.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration across different cultures.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
