What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including direct sales, partner, and strategic contracts.
• Serve as legal counsel on business deals and resolve issues in existing commercial relationships.
• Provide legal support regarding applicable laws, regulations, and new business processes.
• Counsel business teams on legal risks, intellectual property, and technology transactions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, anti-bribery, and export control requirements.
• Monitor legislative changes and update corporate governance policies accordingly.

Requirements

• Law degree and active license to practice law in at least one US State.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role.
• Experience in software or high-technology industries.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex IT contracts, including licensing and cloud computing agreements.
• Knowledge of software licensing, data protection, and anti-corruption laws.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present risk analysis to executives and business managers.
