TL;DR
Associate General Counsel (Gaming): Providing legal support for commercial transactions and gaming operations across North America and LATAM with an accent on contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Focus on drafting technology transactional contracts, managing external counsel, and developing deal structures to minimize business risks.
Location: Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV (minimum 3 days/week in office). Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Salary: $168,000 - $312,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as a legal advisor for the Gaming business across North America and LATAM.
- Negotiate and draft equipment and technology transactional contracts and administrative requirements.
- Manage and mentor a support staff of lawyers and paralegals working on commercial matters.
- Advise business units on national and regional gaming regulatory compliance matters.
- Lead assessments of proposed transactions and develop deal structures to minimize legal and business risks.
- Collaborate with IT, real estate, and procurement functions to support strategic corporate goals.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active membership in a State Bar.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a commercial attorney.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, real estate, and technology agreements.
- Must be based in Las Vegas and attend the office at least 3 days a week.
- Authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
