What you will do

• Collaborate with senior executives to provide practical legal advice that balances business objectives with risk.
• Supervise and support other attorneys on go-to-market tasks and projects.
• Draft and negotiate complex technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS and data provider contracts.
• Lead cross-border commercial negotiations with strategic partners in the digital advertising space.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and laws regarding intellectual property, gaming, privacy, and political advertising.
• Develop and implement improvements for standard form agreements, legal processes, and internal trainings.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 6+ years of commercial experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• Prior experience in the adtech industry.
• Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong project-management and operational skills.
