What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain production-grade software components for observability and networking products.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex features, from requirements clarification and architecture to deployment.
• Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and DevOps to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimize system reliability and performance for distributed systems and data flows through profiling and thoughtful design.
• Mentor and guide other engineers to raise the overall technical bar of the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern systems/backend language such as C/C++, Java, or Go.
• Experience building distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or large-scale backend services.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and network protocols.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City, Mexico.
