What you will do

• Design and implement resilient, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant architectures to ensure system reliability.
• Develop new features and support existing systems for Network API, xSIM Management System, and Recording Platforms.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and benchmark tests using a TDD mindset.
• Collaborate via code reviews and team discussions to promote high standards of code quality and maintainability.
• Implement procedures and metrics for effective monitoring and observability of platform contributions.
• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for developed solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development, preferably with Go (Golang) or Java.
• Strong understanding of concurrency models, asynchronous workflows, and synchronization techniques.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Proficiency with networking protocols (gRPC, WebSockets, TCP/UDP) and scalable microservices architectures.
• Experience with DevOps tools, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for a remote and asynchronous work environment.
• Must be eligible to work under a CLT contract in São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle Cloud).
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with MSML and SIP.
