Salary: $140,000–$170,000 base salary

What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for GTM team members across the US, Canada, and LatAm.
• Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders in Sales, Success, and Marketing organizations.
• Support organizational design and culture engagement to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead HR programs and initiatives focused on growth, retention, and performance.
• Execute talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to generate actionable insights for the business.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS or tech companies.
• Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong ability to connect people strategy to company-wide business objectives.
• Experience with Google Workspace and HRIS platforms such as TriNet or Bob.
• Must be based on the US East Coast (Remote) or in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Background working with global HR teams at late-stage tech startups or early growth-stage companies.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
