TL;DR

HR Business Partner (MedTech): Driving enterprise people strategies and organizational effectiveness for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory functions with an accent on workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Cypress, Orange County, CA (Hybrid: minimum 2 days/week in office)

Salary: $115,000 - $149,000

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to senior leaders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory functions.
• Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives to maximize cross-functional collaboration and performance.
• Drive workforce planning and talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making regarding organizational health, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver enterprise programs and ensure alignment on compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Mitigate organizational risks and partner with Employee Relations on complex performance and conduct issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven success in leading change initiatives, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and experience supporting hourly California-based employees preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a high-growth, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in an HR organization with a mature COE operating model.
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.
