What you will do

• Advise clients on the design, implementation, modernization, and migration of hirify.global Content Management solutions.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and evaluate business processes to identify optimal technical solutions.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities through technical workshops, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales teams to deliver end-to-end AI-driven business solutions.
• Provide guidance on industry best practices and manage technical escalations to ensure successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in client-facing roles.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technologies (document, content, records, or process management).
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and vector databases.
• Professional fluency in both German and English
